Sponsorship and Exhibition

An exhibition will form an integral part of the event and there are also a range of sponsorship opportunities available.

There will be a dedicated exhibition area situated alongside the refreshment area next to the main auditorium. This means that each exhibition space will benefit from a healthy flow of traffic around the room and all the stands should receive equal exposure.

The theme and nature of this conference will attract delegates from all over the UK and by purchasing exhibition space or a sponsorship package you will be reaching an audience of approximately 300+ key professionals within the adventure and outdoor therapy field.

We are now taking exhibition bookings and due to the limited number of spaces available we advise booking as early as possible. For further details of the packages available or to make a booking please contact Katy Hobday at katy.hobday@bacp.co.uk or telephone 01455 883362.

We would like to thank the following organisations for their support of the 5th International Adventure Therapy Conference:

The Therapeutic Adventure Professional Group TAPG

TAPG is a peer network for members of the larger Association for Experiential Education (AEE) who work within the fields of health, mental health, corrections, education, wilderness therapy, outdoor behavioural health and other human service fields. Our primary purpose is to facilitate networking for professionals within our various fields and share information, techniques, and concerns regarding the therapeutic use of adventure. We define therapeutic as moving toward healthy change with intentional interventions.  We represent the interests of our membership to the Board and larger professional communities through re, conference and pre-conference workshops, and best practices development.

The Institute for Outdoor Learning IOL

IOL encourages outdoor learning by developing quality, safety and opportunity to experience outdoor activity provision and by supporting and enhancing the good practice of those who work in the outdoors. IOL supports your work whether you are a professional outdoor practitioner, field study officer, instructor, teacher, youth worker, outdoor leader, management development trainer, student or anyone involved in learning outdoors. IOL Membership offers the opportunity to widen your horizons of influence and networks, develop your outdoor career and gain access to deals on outdoor learning publications, training and more.
