We have a list of Frequently Asked Questions to help those who are searching for an accredited training course or graduates who have questions about their qualification's status with BACP. To access the list, go to 'PAGES' on the left. PLEASE NOTE: questions about how to train, what course to do next or what it means to do an accredited or non-accredited training should go to Customer Services bacp@bacp.co.uk or you can call 01455 883300.

Quite a few people call us about alledged accredited courses that don't appear on our listings. It's simple - if it doesn't appear on the accredited courses listings, it is not/has not been accredited by BACP (even if you have been told by someone that it is!).

Only courses that have completed the accreditation process and received confirmation of their accreditayined status may include the words "BACP Accredited Course" in their publicity material or use the 'Course Accredited by BACP' logo. Other courses should not include in any publicity material their intention to apply or even that they have applied for accreditation; applications may, in some cases be withdrawn, be unsuccessful, or encounter delays during the process.

                     * If you are not sure what this means, go to 'PAGES' on the left and click 'What does orientation mean?'
