BACP Divisions are groups of BACP members sharing a common work setting or area of interest.
Counselling at Work is the quarterly journal and voice of BACP Workplace, a division of BACP.
The journal publishes views and opinions on all aspects of counselling in the workplace. It also encompasses the wider emotional and psychological aspects of health at work. Articles cover best practice in counselling provision and also what contributes to enhancing the quality of life in organisations.
Readers of this journal are involved in or contributing to the emotional and psychological health of people in organisations, including workplace counsellors, trainers, team leaders and welfare staff, occupational psychologists, HR managers and those with an interest in employee counselling services and skills.
The journal is proving essential for advertising events, professional development, training in counselling skills, coaching, mentoring and management skills.
