Therapy Today
Therapy Today is the flagship professional journal of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
Published 10 times a year, its highly regarded content of informative, authoritative articles on all aspects of counselling and psychotherapy includes new perspectives on current thinking, high profile interviews and stimulating debate around professional issues and theory.
In addition, Therapy Today keeps readers up to date on news and developments affecting the profession.
Regular contributions include a client, therapist and student column, dilemmas, and latest research, professional conduct cases, book reviews and readers' letters.
The advertising section comprises an average of 30 pages, including: Classified, Mini-ads, Recruitment and CPD.
Therapy Today is mailed out free of charge to every member of BACP and the entire content of the current issue is also available online to members at the website www.therapytoday.net
Run of paper display advertising can now be carried with a minimum size of a quarter page, and an add on rate of 25%, subject to approval by the Advertising Manager.

Inserts
Please contact Jeannette Hughes to arrange for a quotation. A sample of the material for insertion will be required. All loose items are sent in the same package as the journal but may not necessarily be inserted into the publication itself.
Inserts are accepted into the journal subject to approval. The mailing house delivery details are available once the insert is approved. Full mailing figure is 36,499** (**subject to increase)

Production requirements
Artwork must be sent as an electronic file in InDesign (MAC version CS4 or later), Microsoft Word or PDF format, or sent by email to jinny.hughes@bacp.co.uk or sam.edwards@bacp.co.uk
Approval & disclaimer
Advertisements are only accepted at the discretion of BACP and must not be contrary to agreed BACP policies and practice. They must comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice. A full version of BACP Advertising Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Advertising Manager.
Booking
Advertising space must be booked in writing. Unless by agreement/prior arrangement with the Advertising Manager all adverts under £300 (inc vat) must be prepaid. An invoice will be sent prior to publication. Payment must be received within 28 days.
