A full Conference package includes two nights’ accommodation commencing Wednesday 17 September, Welcome Reception and Networking Dinner, breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout Conference, access to the hotel’s pool and leisure facilities and both days at Conference including workshops and a delegate pack.

A day delegate package includes details as per programme, workshop selection, delegate pack, lunch and refreshments.

Booking deadline
The closing date for bookings is 31 August 2003.

Terms and conditions
Cancellations before 31 July 2003 will receive a full refund less £25 administration charge. Regrettably cancellation requests after this time cannot be refunded although substitute delegates are acceptable providing BACP receives a minimum of seven days notice.

All charges are inclusive of VAT.

Invoicing
Please note that we can only raise an invoice if you send in an official purchase order with your booking form. Invoices must be paid within 28 days.

Please note:
Only one delegate per booking form. Please photocopy the form as necessary for colleagues.

Confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of your completed booking form and payment in full.

We regret we are unable to process bookings without payment.
