Friday 9 October 16:30 Council Chamber, Civic CentreThe AGM is the place where you can find out about the Association's activity and achievements over the past year, and members can play an active part by voting on statutory issues and any resolutions that may be presented, having first had the opportunity to join in the debate or simply listen to others' views. Members can raise any queries or issues of concern - about BACP work and activity or the profession generally - during the Open Forum part of the agenda. The Chief Executive will announce the results of elections to the Board and the AGM Business Sub-Committee, as well as the appointment of any new Vice Presidents. Please remember that the AGM is an important part of the conference - we hope that all members at the conference will also come along to the AGM and exercise their democratic right to be involved in their professional Association. |
