'QuestionTime' session

The future of the profession

Due to the ever-changing climate in which it operates the counselling and psychotherapy profession must constantly adapt to face the challenges. In order to do so key issues such as the Government's Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Programme, the move towards Regulation and the NICE Guidelines must endeavour to be understood by those of you working in the field. Through trying to establish this understanding many questions will be raised about how these changes will affect both you and the future of the profession.

Featuring a panel of key figures in the regulation/professional change process, the ‘QuestionTime' session will look at some of these questions. Through an interactive process that is audience-led this session will be thought-provoking and informative, providing an opportunity for open discussion on how these key issues affect your professional practice.
