If you are a therapist looking to transform personally and/or professionally, this Three Day Advanced Coaching Skills Programme will expand your practice into Life or Therapeutic Coaching, earning you an external coaching qualification from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
The industry recognised coaching competencies and skills you’ll acquire include: establishing an ethical practice, utilising coaching skills & theories to sustain a coaching relationship, and enhancing self awareness.
This training is didactic, yet highly experiential, allowing you to develop personally and professionally via guided self coaching techniques that you can also apply to clients. To ensure quality, and a safe learning environment, the number of delegates are limited to six per programme.
You receive: A comprehensive Coaching Handbook, 1:1 supervision of a real coaching client, & lunch & refreshments in a beautiful country house.
Nicola Forshaw is a BACP accredited therapist, supervisor & University Lecturer. During 2005, Nicola founded NJ Coaching, providing 1:1 coaching & supervision, and coaching consultancy & ILM training, within organisations. Recently, Nicola consulted on a project introducing coaching within medicine, which was featured in BACP’s Coaching Today journal.
