Objectives

Customer Services Department Objectives

 

It is BACP's Customer Services aim to provide people with as much information and knowledge of counselling and psychotherapy to assist with our vision of the future.

Customer Services objective is to meet, understand and exceed customer expectations which will result in an increased awareness of counselling and psychotherapy and increased customer loyalty and member retention.
