Customer Services Role

What do we offer?

We are a friendly professional team who strive to answer all queries, and are continually trained to deliver a high value of customer service in order to create a professional and positive customer experience

It is BACP’s aim to supply people with a depth and breadth of information and knowledge about counselling and psychotherapy.

Below is just a small selection of what we do, we are the first point of contact so can discuss all aspects of BACP and are happy to do so.

  • Information on becoming a Counsellor / Psychotherapist.

  • How to become a BACP member and discuss the criteria required.

  • Discuss membership renewals and change any details required

  • Take payments.

  • Discuss BACP accreditation and information on the BACP register.

  • Help people with seeking a therapist.

  • Attend BACP events so we can meet our members in person and talk through with them any queries they have or if they require information or help.
