7.10 Failure to attend the Appeal Hearing

Where an Appellant fails or refuses to attend an Appeal Hearing, the Head of Professional Conduct has the power to decide to either: a) proceed with the Hearing in the absence of the Appellant; or b) adjourn the Hearing to a date not less 28 days in advance; or c) refer the matter for consideration under Article 4.6 of the Memorandum & Articles of Association. |
