When appearing at the Appeal Hearing, both parties may be accompanied by a representative who may support and/or speak on behalf of the party concer ned. Such details of a representative/support person must be received by the Head of Professional Conduct not less than 28 days prior to the date fixed for the Appeal Hearing.
