Counsellors in the workplace appear to be facing adversity from all perspectives, whether it's financial, political, or personal. In addition, our services are under constant threat, and the demand for measuring outcomes, and producing return on investment data is a heavy weight that we carry constantly. This conference will expose these issues and offer debate, networking and insight into how we can explore, manage and remain resilient throughout these adverse times.
