Where do I find the programme for my event?

Most of the events will have dedicated pages with all the details you require including a programme and information on how to get to the venue. Please look at the Events Diary page and click on the 'More Info' column of your chosen event.

When will I receive joining instructions for my event?

Most joining instructions are sent by post or email for you to receive approximately one week prior to your event. If you book within two weeks ofan event please allowa few daysfor us to process your payment and note thatyour joining instructions are likely to be emailed to you. Please ensure you have provided an up to date and valid email address.

What do I do if I haven't received my joining instructions?

If you book within two weeks of an event please allow a few days for us to process your payment and note that your joining instructions are likely to be emailed to you. However, if you believe you are booked to attend an event and haven't heard from BACP within a week of the conference, please email events@bacp.co.ukas there may bea discrepancy with your booking. If you have not received joining instructions prior to the event and you do not contact BACP, please be aware that you may not be expected at the event and where an event is fully booked, you may be turned away.

How do Idownload a receipt for myevent payment?

All receipts can be downloaded from the member's area of the website.

If you go to www.bacp.co.uk and click on the link to the member's area in the top right hand corner, once you have logged in there is a link for your receipts. All receipts can be viewed and printed from here. To log in you will need your membership number and password. If you have not logged in before, your password will be set as your membership number.

Doyou accept American Express?

We do not accept American Express however we accept all other major credit and debit cards.

Can you reserve me a provisional place?

We are able to hold a place provisionally for you for a short period of time. However,please note your booking is not confirmed until we receive a completed booking form and payment. BACP will not be responsible for contacting you for payment and if the event is fully booked before you make your payment, the space will no longer be held for you.

If I have booked to attend a conference and I am now unable to attend, can someone else go in my place?

We are happy to substitute delegates at any time. We need all changes in writing so please email events@bacp.co.uk

Can I book to attend a conference by telephone?

We are happy to accept bookings over the telephone but these must be paid for in full by credit/debit card at the time of booking. Please haveall detailsready when booking, including workshop choices if required and payment details. For telephone bookings forall events, please contact a member of the BACP Customer Services team on 01455 883300.

CanI cancel my booking to attend the conference?

Written cancellations received more than 3 weeks before the event will receive a full refund less 25 administration charge. Cancellations received after this time or failure to attend the conference without prior written notification will be subject to a 100 percent cancellation charge unless the cancelled place can be resold in which case a refund minus a 25 administration charge will be given. You will be advised if your place was successfully resold once the event has taken place.
