The session will explore current myths and fantasies about statutory regulation . We hope for the following outcomes:
A judicious expenditure of energy; A sharing of information; More clarity; Some fun - not an outcome normally associated with discussions on statutory regulation.
15:00 - 15:15 Two minute platforms - Facilitated by Chris Jenkins
Members are invited to address the audience for two minutes on any relevant topics. These may be presentations that relate to local projects, research projects or it may be to discuss particular challenges that a member/organisation is experiencing and wants to explore with the assistance of their peers.
There will also be the opportunity to have an area in the marketplace to display information and meet with other delegates.
Please click here to see further details of the two minute platforms that will be presented.
15:15 - 15:45 Refreshments
15:45 - 16:45 National issues at local level - Chaired by Lynne Gabriel
Are there any professional issues that are currently causing you anxiety or developments that you need clarification on? Questions might relate directly to your work, local challenges or national policies. Whether these questions are discussed with your peers or posed directly to BACP, this is an opportunity to voice them.
