Entry into the online edition of the directory: Your entry can be added to the online directory approximately five weeks from receipt of your completed entry form and payment of the appropriate fee. This timescale may vary according to the workload of the department but should not be longer than five weeks. 
Conditions of entry: For entry into the online directory you need to be one or more of the following: - BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Trainer or Supervisor
- UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor
- Individual member of BACP who has completed their core training as a counsellor
- Member of UKCP National Register of Psychotherapists
- Member of BCP Register of Psychotherapists
- Chartered Counselling Psychologist/Chartered Psychologist with counselling training
- COSCA Accredited Counsellor
- IACP Accredited Counsellor
- UKAHPP Accredited Counsellor
- FDAP Accredited Counsellor

The printed version of CPRD will be published in April of each year.
Free entries: Entries into the Supervisors and/or Trainers section of the directory are free when a main Counselling entry is paid for.
Closing date: The online directory will be updated continuously and there is no closing date. The printed version of CPRD is published in April.
Renewal of entry: Entries are renewed on a 12-month basis, and you will be invited to renew your entry towards the end of your entry year.
