Entry into the directory: Your entry can be added to the online directory approximately five weeks from receipt of your completed entry form. This timescale may vary according to the workload of the department but should not be longer than five weeks. 
Conditions of entry: For entry into the online directory your organisation needs to be: - A member of BACP
- Using counsellors/psychotherapists who are all eligible for individual
Entry. This includes: • BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Trainer or Supervisor) • UKRC Registered Independent Counsellors • Individual Members of BACP • Members of UKCP National Register of Psychotherapists • Members of BCP Register of Psychotherapists • Chartered Counselling Psychologists/Chartered Psychologists with counselling training • COSCA Accredited Counsellors • IACP Accredited Counsellors • UKAHPP Accredited Counsellors • FDAP Accredited Counsellors 
Annual entry fees: | | BACP member organisations | Non-member organisations | | 1 April 2005 to 31 March 2006 | £62 | £100 | | 1 April 2006 to 31 March 2007 | £68 | £110 | | 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008 | £73 | £120 | All entry fees include VAT Entries will be added to the online directory continuously throughout the year. The printed version of CPRD will be published in April of each year. 
Free entries: Registered charities or organisations not charging for their services may have one free entry. Registered charity number will need to be supplied. 
Closing date: The online directory will be updated continuously and there is no closing date. 
Renewal of entry: Entries are renewed on a 12-month basis, and you will be invited to renew your entry towards the end of your entry year.
