Taking place in London on Saturday 29 September 2018 at Etc Venues in London, the event, titled ‘Loss: what does life mean for me now?’, is tailored specifically for therapists and supervisors in private practice. Keynote speakers include psychotherapist, author and Founder Patron of Child Bereavement UK, Julia Samuel MBE. Delegates can choose to attend two from a varied programme of eight workshops, including (titles tbc): the impact of sex addiction; working with clients with life-limiting conditions; managing clients when dealing with critical illness; complex grief; introduction to basic grief; suicide and men; working with brain-injured clients; and loss of a child through stillbirth/neonatally. The Executive Committee would like to thank the BACP members who submitted workshop proposals. We had a high response and it was difficult to select presenters.
