I am looking for professional Afro Caribbean Black women to take part in my research study exploring the lived experience of solitary professional Afro Caribbean Black women in the workplace, for my M.A. in Clinical Counselling dissertation at the University of Chester.

I am interested in the coping strategies, response to micro-aggression, unconscious bias and their view of the impact of this solitary existence on self.

The inclusion criteria for this study is:

  • Your parents are from the Caribbean.
  • You were born in England or Wales.
  • You are a professional in your career and a member of a professional body
    or have completed a degree level education.
  • You are able to understand and converse in written and spoken English language.
  • Aged 25 plus.
