Calling for qualified and practising participants

I am a third-year student at Kingston College studying a BA (Hons) in integrative-relational counselling. My research topic is ‘the impact of sibling relationships on the client’s internal world from the counsellor’s perspective’. This research will contribute towards my final year dissertation.

Sibling relationships are among our first peer attachments and therefore, I believe, likely to have an impact on our development, texture of our inner world and consequently on our relational field. This leads me to the opinion that understanding the counsellor’s perspective of sibling relationships is a valuable area of research.

I am interested in attracting qualified and practising counsellors who would be open to participating in an hour long, 1:1 interview, contributing to this area of research.

If you are interested in participating or would like further information, please contact me at 65724@student.stcg.ac.uk.

I am a member of the BACP and adhere to the ethical guidelines for research. I can confirm I have been granted ethical approval from Kingston College, validated by Middlesex University.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Kate Dyer
