I would love to hear from you with a view to inviting you to participate in my MSc research – ‘Life online: A heuristic study of counsellors’ experience of clients with internet related issues’.

I am conducting this research as part of a Masters Degree in Therapeutic Counselling at The University of Greenwich. My project has been approved Departmental Research Ethics Panel (DREP) of the Department of Psychology, Social Work and Counselling (University of Greenwich) and will be conducted in accordance with the British association for counselling and psychotherapy Ethical framework for the counselling professions (2018).

Interviews will be approximately 60 minutes long and will be conducted at a time and place that is convenient to you (in person, on the phone or Skype available). Interviews will be audio recorded however all information will be will remain confidential and your contribution will be anonymised.

I am looking for participants who are practising counsellors, either qualified or on a BACP accredited course and working with clients over the age of eighteen. Participants need experience with clients whose presenting issues relating to internet use.
