The conference aims to explore how practitioners connect with children and young people within their own world, leading to better outcomes.

This conference is tailored to the needs of practitioners who work with children and young people, with a focus on working with children within their family context and other contexts.

The impact of working with children and young people in their world can have significant implications on the therapeutic process both within and outside of the counselling room.

The conference will include carefully selected content, offering delegates the opportunity to gain insights and experiential understanding of the child's world from several different perspectives, including children with autism; children who are being looked after and accommodated (LAAC); and children who are themselves carers.
