Future-proofing counselling: the role we all have to play - Delivered by Sally Ingram


Whether in private practice or in an organisational setting, most counsellors are concerned about reduced funding and resources that impact upon the therapeutic work they wish to undertake with their clients. This one-day workshop aims to help attendees explore four core blocks to future-proofing a counselling service and ways to overcome these.

The day will be highly interactive and experiential. Practitioners will be encouraged to share their own skills, knowledge and experience

Tutor Biography

Sally Ingram is Director of Counselling for the University of Durham. She is a qualified counsellor and supervisor and has managed charitable and statutory counselling services for over 10 years. She has taken many of these services through a successful modernisation process that has ensured their future
