This day will showcase how employing a therapeutic coaching approach can enable clients to successfully negotiate challenging transitions which can threaten identity, but also provide opportunities for personal and professional development in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world.
Registration will take place between 8.45am to 9.15am and the day will close at 4.30pm.
What the day aims to deliver
Through attending this event, delegates will
- gain awareness of how to use coaching approaches effectively and ethically when working with issues of identity and transition
- learn new practical approaches to help clients build on strengths, develop resilience and negotiate challenges
- develop their professional identity and gain insight into how their offer can best fit into the marketplace
- meet and share ideas and experiences with like-minded practitioners
There will be a total of six experienced speakers presenting throughout the day as well as a closing plenary session with a chance for you to ask questions to the presenters and members of the BACP Coaching Executive Committee.
Who the day will appeal to
This day will be of interest for all practitioners who are already integrating coaching and counselling. But it is also relevant for new coach-therapists and practitioners who are considering adding coaching to their skill set.
