BACP bursaries and award schemes aim to encourage research that helps us develop the evidence-base for counselling and psychotherapy.
Our PhD studentships provide financial support for students undertaking PhD research on topics related to BACP’s strategic aims. The bursaries will cover part-time PhD fees and some expenses up to £7,500 an academic year, for a maximum of five years.
This year we’ll be funding two doctoral bursaries for:
- Furthering the evidence base for humanistic therapies
- Counselling in care homes
