Members have a last opportunity to book a place for the talk by the renowned philosopher, counselling psychologist and existential psychotherapist Emmy van Deurzen.

‘An evening with Emmy van Deurzen: To be or not to be: an existential journey’ takes place in The People's Palace, Queen Mary University of London, Mile End Road, London, E1 4NS tomorrow evening (Wednesday, March 13).

In her talk, Emmy will speak about the intricate connections between her personal experience, her therapeutic framework and her human rights activism. She will bring together elements of philosophy and psychology to raise a number of topical issues and ask some poignant questions.

Event registration starts at 6.30pm and Emmy will start her lecture at 7.30pm. There will be a 30-minute interval and an opportunity to purchase refreshments.

At 9pm there will be discussion panel with Emmy and questions from the audience. The event will finish at 9.45pm.
