There is just over a month to go until the deadline for our 2019 PhD studentship.

We’re accepting proposals for research in the field of counselling for older people.

The studentship provides financial support for students undertaking PhD research on topics related to BACP’s strategic aims, in this case counselling for older people.

The bursary will cover part-time PhD fees and some expenses up to £7,500 an academic year, for a maximum of five years.

The deadline for applications is midday on April 21.

Applications for a second studentship, for research in the field of school-based humanistic counselling, are now closed and interviews will take place in the next few weeks.
