Michelle Fletcher turned to Sheffield Mind and their Age Better programme after a series of life events affected her mental health.

Now she has taken the brave step of talking about her experiences in the hope it will encourage more people to seek help from a counsellor or psychotherapist.

"I'm the same person but better!" she says.
