About me and my therapy practice

I never invade in your journey but gently guide, empower you to feel the courage and understand your pain in a completely different way. Rather than seeing your anxiety, addictions, relationship issues and sadness as “ugly/bad parts” they are merely you in reverse, the shadow you, and together we will shine a light on this part that lays in a dark space. Don’t worry too much about frequency of sessions for now, we will discuss together and you will decide what feels best based on my advise,but remember, you are in control of our sessions.

Practice description

I have been helping many people for many years connect with their higher selves and begin to see their pain and challenges from a completely different perspective. No more fighting, distracting or blaming yourself. Your time with me will be crucial to your healing, so we will work together to understand your trauma, stress and why your relationships are bringing up so much pain. You will work hard to overcome the obstacles but, you will be held gently, securely and professionally throughout.

Using fundamental coaching principles within my approach; creating a safe environment in which to inspire growth and 

results-oriented conversations. This powerful conversation creates a process for my clients to generate change, produce and achieve transformational goals. Coaching is a process that empowers someone to learn and grow. It unlocks a person’s potential to maximize their performance and embed behavioural change/s.

I will not tell you what to do, but I will be honest and with the wisdom and skills built over many years, combined with intuition, can determine what deeper insecurities are lurking beneath your words. If you’re wanting to change your life, be heard, be seen and hear yourself over time answer some very painful questions that I’ll pose, then please follow whether you feel I may be the best therapist for you right now.

My first session

You’ll spend time using this hour wisely, getting things that have seemed so difficult to talk about off your chest. You’ll feel the ease and comfort from speaking with me and seeing I intently, without judgement, hear you. Always regarding you positively no matter what is said. I will ask questions and summarise a treatment plan based on what you need in order to heal, feel happier, gain clarity and let go of whatever anxiety, stress or trauma has been affecting you. I like to know our sessions will be filled with some smiles, warm chats that make you feel nurtured and cared for in a loving but professional way and I certainly won’t be constantly asking “ ...so how does that make you feel...?”
