I'm a qualified Integrative Counsellor with experience working with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, anger, confidence problems, loneliness, life changes and transitions, loss, bereavement and trauma.
I can support you with a private, understanding space that isn't based on other's definitions of who you are; you focus on your needs.
