About me and my therapy practice

I also work with Self Harm, Spirituality, Stress, Trauma, Work Related Issues, Forgiveness (self and others), Bullying, Releasing long-standing negative patterns. My training in several counselling models, CBT and Life Coaching plus my varied life and work experience gives me an extensive range of techniques with which to work.

Practice description

I have been involved in Counselling and Psychotherapy for over 32 years. I work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework and I have 2 hours of clinical supervision every 4 weeks.

I have a considerable range of handouts which I give to clients, if required between sessions.

My first session

During my first session I conduct an in depth assessment which can save and may reduce the number of sessions required by the client.
