About me and my therapy practice
Being listened to and being heard, is powerful. Having space to open up and talk, space that is safe and free of judgement, helps. This is what I do, I can help.
I offer short-term and long-term counselling on a one-to-one basis for young persons (14+). I have experience in a wide range of issues and have been practising since 2016.
Contact me for any questions or enquiries.
According to guidance from Public Health England and the Government, counselling sessions will take place on a remote platform via Zoom or Telephone. Face to face counselling sessions will resume once it is deemed safe to do so and public health is no longer at risk. I understand the emotional nature of counselling and appreciate this may be unsettling, however I aim to work ethically and this is the safest way to continue supporting you through therapy. Please do contact me for further information or any questions you may have.
