About me and my therapy practice

I work online (only) as an accredited counsellor, psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner and have over 20 years experience in the NHS and private practice with a broad range of issues.

I have worked with many ADHD, Dyslexic and Autistic clients, and welcome people who are or think they may be differently wired, as well as parents of neurodivergent children, including PDA.

If you are seeking EMDR, this can be as weekly sessions, or more intensively, depending on the situation.
