About me and my therapy practice
Difficult life event may bring person to counselling or psychotherapy. I offer the time and a space to talk through the things that are causing you pain or difficulty, looking with you at ways to understand your experiences and move forward.
In my work I have helped people improve their emotional well-being and overcome difficulties related to depression and anxiety, as well as relationship and employment issues using a range of therapeutic approaches. These include Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Integrative methods which use Person Centred counselling and CBT. I combine aspects from each to provide supportive, client-centred therapy. This means I'll work alongside you using the type of therapy that best suits you as an individual and takes in to account your personal needs and circumstances.
