About me and my therapy practice

Thinking about having counselling can feel daunting, so it may be important to you to find a counsellor you feel comfortable with. On initial contact, I provide a free 30 minute consultation to see if you feel we could work together.

I offer talking therapy in a professional, non-judgmental friendly and confidential therapeutic space where you can explore any thoughts and feelings that may be troubling you. Over time we will build a trusting relationship where you may feel better able to do this.

It is my experience that talking therapy can help ease emotional and psychological distress when the person is enabled to speak freely without fear of judgement, or being judged. This experience can lead to improved health, relationships, esteem, confidence, and self-understanding.

Your sessions can be face-to-face but due to Corona Virus, sessions are also available online or by telephone as well, depending on your preference.
