About me and my therapy practice
Every now and again we all struggle to navigate through life and its challenges. Therapy can provide the safe space to talk without any barriers or judgement helping you make sense of things and find a way forward.
I work with each client as an individual and aim to tailor the sessions according to client needs and circumstances by utilising techniques from a variety of approaches. Together we will explore where you are now, where you would like to be and where you feel stuck.
The benefits of this process can result in a fresh, more positive outlook on your particular situation, improving your relationships and choices in life.
I am passionate about reducing stigma and improving mental wellbeing. I offer counselling and psychotherapy for a range of issues to adults and young people. I have a special interest in early intervention for young people faced with significant changes life.
As a society we often feel like we have to keep on going, hoping things will get better, but there is no shame in asking for help when you feel stuck. The first step is the hardest, but also the bravest.
