About me and my therapy practice

I offer Psychotherapy, Counselling and Life and Leadership Coaching, with an integrative, mindful and humanistic approach. The psychosynthesis context which I follow is about Self exploration and acknowledgement of our history and different parts of ourselves so we can reach our potential and live with real meaning and purpose.

If you are tired of feeling stuck, going around in circles trying to figure out how to make the “right” choices for yourself, feel more balanced and mindful, then maybe is time to take actions. In our sessions we would work together exploring meaning beyond current and past situations to support awareness and inner freedom so you can achieve your goals and choose to become who you want to be .
