About me and my therapy practice

I am a warm and approachable, experienced, person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist, committed to providing a confidential and empathic space, free of judgement. You are welcome to talk about and explore any issues that are causing you distress.

The aim of our work together will be to find solutions to your problems that work best for you. Your needs and goals will always be central to our work.

Alongside my private practice, I have worked in the NHS for several years, in primary care as well as for a London NHS Trust, which included working with people who have been affected by a diagnosis of cancer.

You are welcome to contact me by phone or email to arrange a no-obligation first session. In this session we can discuss what brought you to therapy, what your hopes are for an outcome, and to see whether you feel comfortable with me.
