About me and my therapy practice
I appreciate how difficult it can be to take that first step into exploring therapy. So, whether it is your first time or you have experienced it before I aim to offer a safe, welcoming, non-judgemental space where there is no "right or wrong", creating an arena to express your feelings. This process may enable you to feel more empowered, improve self-awareness, self-esteem and maybe find some peace of mind. I work with adults and young people and can offer appointments in the evening or at weekends in the Solihull/Hall Green area.
I also offer online counselling via Zoom if required.
Please can I request that initial contact is by email as I am able to reply sooner.
I have recently undertaken online training on Covid 19 Psychological impact, mental health and well being
My first session
The initial session is an opportunity for us to meet and for me to explain the type of therapy that I practice. It is of course a chance for you to share any concerns that you have and talk. Then together we can see if it is what you thought and what you need. If it is not then I may be able to sign-post you to alternative provisions, if it is then we can make more appointments and start the journey together.
