About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes we find ourselves replaying things over in our heads, wishing we had acted differently or worrying about possible outcomes. It’s really easy to feel like we aren’t good enough.
Maybe you compare yourself to friends or co-workers and feel like you are failing. Perhaps you have noticed that you are needy in your relationships and want this to change. You might adapt to fit in with everyone else, perhaps seeming more confident and content than you feel. Saying yes, even when you don’t want to, might be familiar.
I would love the opportunity to help you work out how to feel better about yourself. I ask questions that prompt you to tell me about your life so we can ‘connect the dots’ and uncover the key to you feeling happier and more content. I use tools from the person-centred, TA and creative approaches to therapy.
I’m based in Jesmond with great transport links and free parking. I offer some early morning and evening sessions making therapy possible around work. You are welcome to email me to book a free 15-minute initial phone call, or a half-price initial session. My website can tell you more: www.elsieowen.com
