About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am a fully qualified Therapeutic Counsellor working in comfortable, confidential rooms in Crystal Palace and Islington and also online and by telephone.
My aim is always to provide a warm, trusting, confidential and safe space in which you will feel truly heard and free to express yourself in an open and honest way, without fear of judgement. We can work together to understand your challenges and issues so that change, growth and transformation become achievable.
I work with clients with a range of issues, including;
- Life changes such as career change, divorce, bereavement and loss, illness and injury, family illness.
- Difficulties with relationships.
- Stress, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, loneliness.
- Existential concerns, such as lack of meaning or purpose in life.
Alongside my private practice, I work as a bereavement counsellor helping clients who are coming to terms with grief and loss. My experience as a counsellor for agencies within the charity sector has also given me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people, each with their own unique set of circumstances.
With twenty-five years experience as a professional musician, I also specialise in working with performers and creative artists.
