About me and my therapy practice

I provide Trauma Therapy for Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (cPTSD) and PTSD including EMDR.

I specialise in long term work with Survivors of child abuse, child sexual abuse, domestic violence, bullying and the care system. I am an expert in working with dissociation. I have years of experience of working with alcohol misuse including in a residential rehab.

I also provide short term EMDR for single traumas such as car accidents, hospital trauma or sexual assault.

I have a rural practice with an exclusive counselling suite providing privacy and comfort.
