About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, private space in which we can take time to explore your concerns and difficulties.

I believe being comfortable with your therapist is an essential part of the process and our relationship - how we get along - is important.

I am also available for sessions online or over the phone.

Practice description

As an integrative therapist I work from a wide psychological knowledge base; enabling me to adapt my approach to meet an individual's needs. This allows for greater creativity and offers the potential to use a variety of interventions within therapy.

My therapy room is located on the first floor, accessed by external stairs.

My first session

I offer a free 30 minute session to establish if you feel we can work together. This can be held in person, over the phone or online.
