About me and my therapy practice

Perhaps you are struggling with low mood, anxiety, panic or stress. You might feel very low, sad even hopeless. It could be that the effort to keep things going has become increasingly difficult. You might be grieving the loss of a significant person.  You might feel isolated. You might be confused or searching for new meaning in life

I will listen in a confidential space to all you share about your current life situation and bring a non-judgemental and kind attitude. We will explore things that may be difficult and the effect that it's having on your health and relationships.

Gaining insight into how your life experiences have impacted you can be helpful before considering change or moving forward. We can explore possibilities that could lead to a more fulfilling and empowered life, emotional well-being and improved relationships.
