About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to help you explore your thoughts and feelings. Successful therapy is all about trust, so we would start by talking about your needs and figuring out whether I’m the right therapist for you.
I work using an integrative therapy approach, which considers you as an individual and your unique personal circumstances. Our sessions will help you to look at your life from a different perspective, reflect on your history, patterns and ways of coping with difficulties. I will give you feedback, make connections and observe what I experience in our interactions.
My style is gentle, informal and compassionate. Our work together will be tough and uncomfortable at times, and that’s when change and healing happens.
Practice description
I work with adults on a 121 basis. Sessions take place weekly for 50 minutes, face-to-face or online via Zoom.
The number of appointments we have will be determined by your needs.
Please note: At present, I currently have morning sessions available.
My first session
Our first session is a consultation to explore your hopes for therapy and whether I am the right therapist for you.
We can do this online via Zoom or face-to-face.
