About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist /counsellor, working from my private practice in Enfield Town Centre, with private and public parking. I meet face to face with young people, adults, couples and families for counselling and psychotherapy and work Online and by Telephone.
I understand and am familiar with most experiences of emotional and psychological distress and it’s effects on relationships and in peoples daily lives. Therapy has been found to be helpful and provides an opportunity for personal growth and more satisfying relationships.
I offer regular, weekly and confidential sessions, where we can explore how your present and past experiences can influence current feelings, thought processes, behavioural patterns and relationships.
Following an initial assessment, we can discuss what your needs are, what you want to achieve. This may be a brief therapy of a fixed number of sessions or longer term work for more deep seated and long standing difficulties. I am able to offer cognitive behavioural therapy - CBT- which is beneficial for OCD and anxiety related disorders.
I am also HCPC registered social worker.
