About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified Individual and Couple Relationship Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I trained and worked at Tavistock Relationships (previously known as Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships), a world renowned institute in the field of relationship therapy and currently have a private practice in Shoreditch.

I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where I aim to help you reach a better understanding of yourself and your relationships while developing a more creative way of relating which allows room for lasting change.

I am very experienced in short term solution focused as well as open ended work and have worked with a diverse range of clients including many individuals and couples from the LGBTQ community.

I have worked with issues including difficulties communicating, high conflict, fear of difference, infidelity, grief, loss, infertility, life changes following the birth of a child, sexual difficulties, parenting issues, empty nest syndrome, depression, trauma, anxiety, identity, sexual identity and fluidity.

I offer a place of holding and containing in a safe and non-judgemental space. I am empathetic but also challenging.
