About me and my therapy practice

I am an Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist (MA). I work with adolescents, helping them to make sense of overwhelming or confusing feelings and process difficult experiences. Young people often find relief in talking about what's on their mind and I help them find a way to express themselves in a way that feels right for them. We may use images and creative arts to facilitate this process as speaking about difficult feelings isn’t always easy. As an integrative therapist I draw on a range of methodologies which allows me to sensitively adapt to each young person I see, according to their particular needs and stage of development.

I currently work in secondary schools, providing one-to-one therapy for students. I also help parents and teachers support young people who may be struggling with their emotions.

I work in private practice in Ealing W5.
