I have daytime availability on a Monday Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Very limited evening availability.

About me and my therapy practice

Experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm, difficulties with relationships, life seems a bit too much. Are your children struggling, are you struggling to support or understand what is happening for your children? Are you repeating the same old patterns time after time, even though you don't like them you feel stuck?

Well you are in the right place. I will support, empower you or your children to become stronger, empowered, have amazing energy to become who you want to be.

I also offer Somatic Experiencing as a stand alone practice or to integrate this into our sessions. To understand how Trauma can impact the nervous system and how this affects our daily lives can be healing.

I specialize in working with Neuro-divergent, AD/HD and ASD. To understand yourself or your children's perceived view of the world and how you/they navigate this, can be really healing.

Practice description

So after contacting me I will arrange to have a free 15 minute telephone consultation to see whether you would like to work with me. Then we can arrange whether it is face to face or online therapy you want and arrange our first session.
