About me and my therapy practice
I have 18 years of experience in the therapeutic field working with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, loss and low self esteem. I have wide experience in private practice, NHS services and community agencies. I have a Masters Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am a registered member of British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). My practice is based in Putney Bridge.
Therapy is for anyone going through difficult times, whether this is due to problems in relationships, stresses at work, death of someone close to you, or perhaps having feelings of sadness and anxiety and not really knowing why this might be. Therapy offers you a space to talk about your difficulties without judgement. Together we can identify the issues that have become problematic for you and think about how they are impacting your life and well-being. We can consider how you currently cope, working through what is and what might not be so helpful. We will explore your strengths and new ways of doing things, enabling you to cope effectively.
